Beached And Bleached At Batemans Bay

This piece of driftwood was on the north side of the bridge at Batemans Bay.

I was trying to get an angle to photograph the bridge at Sundown,so while I was waiting, I put the Fisheye on ( the camera)  to distort the horizon and make the beach look bigger. This was harder than it sounds. When using a Fisheye lens, the area of view comes almost to the legs of the tripod. The position of the sun was casting long shadows in front of the camera. You can see how long, by the shadow the log is casting.

Pleased with the layout, I took around five shots, then toned the image in post to make it look more bleached than it already was.
